6. Investigational Product delivery set up
In a virtual setting, the investigational product cannot be given to the patient, at the time of the visit. The product is thus delivered to the home of the study participants.

Reliable
With our partners in the different countries, we manage proper delivery of the investigational product, or the device needed for the study. We ship directly the supplies to the home of the participants and allow them to track their parcel.
We coordinate activities with the sponsor or the CRO to ensure all the material is delivered in time for the patient to start the study, or the next phase of the study.
Participants use they smartphone to scan a QR code and confirm they have received the intended material. We can manage returns when needed.
Everything is integrated in our system, to again make the life of the patient easy.
