Role & Responsibilities

Healint is recruiting a Global Project Manager who will ensure our major projects are on their track and delivered in a timely manner. You will be reporting to the CCO and will be based in Singapore.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, project governance, oversight, scope, budget and resourcing across multiple projects and work streams. The Global Project Manager is expected to manage all aspects of the interaction with our clients as it relates to the specific project cycle: sourcing of new projects, tender, agreement, delivery and follow-up. The background in pharmaceutical industry is a must for this role.

As the Global Project Manager, your organizational and leadership skills are your major assets for this role. You have a positive attitude, and are self- motivated, a self-starter who is confident to take the initiative and carry out duties with minimal supervision but still adhere to process. You are a dynamic professional with a strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, a positive attitude and ambition to make things happen.

 

Responsibilities

The Global Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Working collaboratively with the Heads of Departments, to direct the major projects, and implementation across delivery Teams and external stakeholders. 

  • Ensuring a high level of communication, understanding and satisfaction for projects.

  • Managing/overseeing all projects from inception, including managing timelines and deliverables, budget tracking, scope alignment, client communications, resource management, drafting and monitoring workplans / schedule and ensuring quality deliverables are shared on time 

  • Optimizing data analytics to support ongoing project’s deliverables 

  • Coordinating a smooth workflow and communication between internal resources, vendors, consultants, data & technical teams, as it relates to assigned ongoing projects 

  • Leading periodic cross-functional meetings and project status reports and providing solutions for roadblocks to stakeholders

  • Overseeing other projects e.g. insights reports, etc. as assigned by supervisor or other senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in a related field required

  • 5+ years’ experience in project management, exemplified by specific prior experience in managing complex, engagements / projects

  • Experience working in pharmaceutical/biotech/digital health or related environment preferred 

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Clear and concise communication skills 

  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

  • Attention to detail, ability to process information quickly and in a manner that is consistent with existing procedures

  • Ability to work well under pressure with tight and changing deadlines

  • Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders 

  • Solid relationship management skills: ability to engage direct/indirect reports and peers

  • Highly adaptive and proactive problem solving critical to success

  • Strong business acumen
