Key Account Director
Healint is looking for a Key Account Director (KAD), in charge of Healint major accounts including some of the largest pharmaceutical companies globally. The KAD is responsible for the overall account growth, all the ongoing projects, and the customer’s satisfaction, by managing key relationships across several countries.
Based in Europe (ideally France or Switzerland), the KAD objective is ensuring the customers generate incremental value from Healint services. Key responsibilities include leading, developing & owning the account strategy, aligning the customer objectives and projects with Healint’s product development strategy. The KAD is a key function and strategic role within the Healint organisation and will need to have dual responsibility on sales growth and project management.
The Key Account Director will be responsible for:
Generate revenue growth and hit a revenue target.
Control and oversee all the customers on-going projects
Provide strategic inputs to ensure that customers attain their business objectives and are continually generating value from Healint services
Influence decision-makers to execute and align the customer’s objectives with Healint products development strategy
Understand the Key Account business objectives
Challenge the status quo at times by influencing Healint’s customers to do what is in their best interest.
Identify upsell opportunities whenever applicable.

Strong business acumen to establish authority, gain confidence and build trust through a significant understanding of the Key Account’s business strategies. The candidate will be truly passionate about helping Healint’s customers achieve their business goals.
Proven ability to negotiate sales deals as well as project management terms
Proven ability to navigate complex buying processes of large pharmaceutical companies
Comfortable negotiating some legal clauses
Able to evaluate project development and write precise statements of work
Able to manage multiple projects concurrently
Able to lead and influence Healint’s stakeholders across a geographically dispersed team
Able to lead and influence executives of Healint Key Accounts
Able to clearly express complex ideas, both in writing and verbally.
Demonstrate an ability to anticipate, and respond to, reactions, attitudes, views and feelings of individuals and groups.
8+ years selling and account relationship management experience with the Pharmaceutical industry.
History and track record of achievement of revenue objectives.
Track record of business/account plan development and execution
Cross Line Of Business team management experience - international team management is a plus.
Master degree in business or a relevant field. MBA degree is a plus.
Working experience in startups is a plus.
