Role & Responsibilities

The Product Marketing Manager will report to the CEO and CCO based in Singapore. S/he will be responsible for The key objective of this role is to ensure overall company’s operations, marketing and communication in a smooth and efficient manner. .

Core duties:

Organizational Leadership

  • Managing the establishment/implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems for all operational areas of the company;

  • Managing the development and implementation of long-range plans;

  • Planning and coordinating daily work assignments and operations.

Human Resources

  • This position will be accountable for the following human resources department categories: ___

  • Ensure fair HR policies and procedures are implanted.

  • Ensure company is fully operational and staffed during its operating hours

  • Supervision of employees (areas listed above) to include:

  • Identifying staff requirements

  • Advertising roles - Interviewing - Appointing staff

  • MOM interaction and regulations

  • Performance management

  • Payroll Management

  • Ensure staff members receive adequate training to perform their jobs respectively.

Marketing and communication

  • Planning and executing marketing strategy and initiatives, including social media, digital and print advertising.

  • PR management

  • Creating and maintaining the organization’s brand, and devising brand strategies.

Financial Management

  • Oversee financial management, planning, systems and controls.

  • Prepare annual organizational budget and monitoring cash flow.

  • Oversee short and long-term financial and managerial reporting.

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of organization's financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals.

  • Organization of fiscal documents. Maintaining financial and administrative files.

  • Managing Accounts Receivable/Payable functions.

Administration

  • Review/Develop and implement best practice polices & procedures across all departments

  • Management of support staff to ensure highest level of services provided to clients according to KPI and required deliverables

  • Oversee email and web enquiries ensuring they are responded and processed in a timely manner. 

  • Coordinate monthly staff meetings, provide necessary input and follow through.

Logistics

  • Monitor the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of all company’s goods as necessary.

  • Implement processes and manage company’s purchases

  • Oversee the sourcing, and purchasing of new items for all departments.

  • Analyze data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand.

IT and Risk Management

  • Negotiate all maintenance and service contracts for equipment, and facility with rental property management and outside contractors.

  • Ensure the proper upkeep of the facility, and equipment.

  • Oversees corporate insurance policies and guidelines.

  • Identify potential areas of concern in regards to legal or liability issues.

  • Ensure standard procedures are designed and implemented when using third party individuals, companies and organizations.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in fast-paced tech, startup, and/or agency environments

  • "Can do stuff" by yourself, day to day problem solver.

  • Continuous learner, experimenter.

  • Experience launching and building consumer-facing brands in creative media, consumer technology, and ecommerce industries

  • Ability to easily transition from high level thinking to detailed creative execution and go in the details!!!

  • Organized doer, you enjoy getting things done, moving fast!
